December 30th, 2007 - Frost and Mist, New Forest
This was a part of the forest I hadn't walked before, so a frosty morning was a good chance to see what it could produce in the way of photo opportunities. First up, the sunrise viewed from a hummocky bog, wet from recent rain:
As the sun got a little higher, some mist began to form, with a yellow tinge:

Large areas of standing water from the recent wet weather created some nice scenes:

The next shooting location was about 4 miles north. Even by mid-morning there were some small patches of shallow mist/fog around:
