Day 9: Lamar, CO to Liberal, KS

It was another slow day today, with just a few single storms showing up on the models. We had a relaxed start to the day so I got some more photos of the local vehicles around Lamar:

We headed out on the road around lunchtime and sat at the 'Gobbler's Knob' rest area to watch a slowly developing storm:

We got closer incase it became interesting, but nothing much was going on so we headed for Kansas for the next day's risk. We saw some nice convetion on the way, but again, nothing came of it:

We struggled to get hotel rooms in leberal, Kansas, so ended up in a rather run-down motel....
