April 13th (part 3): Hailfall, Cadnam, New Forest

I headed back to the forest to see what remained of the hailstorm which had occurred 3 hours earlier. Surprisingly there was still quite alot on the ground:

An impressive mammatus display from the cell that produced it, only slowly moving away northeastwards:

The stones were quite small, up to 6mm in diameter, but bear in mind they've been on the ground for 3 hrs:

There was plenty of flooding and even some hailfog, some can be seen in the distance:
